View our plans and get started with your protein analysis journey. Your analyses are saved securely to your account.

Upload Protein Structure

Upload your PDB or CIF files from the dashboard. Supports single files or bulk uploads for batch processing.

Our backend processes your structure automatically. You can see the progress of your analysis in real time!

Detailed User Guide

File Upload

Supported formats:

  • PDB files (.pdb) - Standard Protein Data Bank format
  • CIF files (.cif) - Crystallographic Information File format
  • Multiple files - Drag & drop or select multiple files for batch processing

3D Viewer Controls

  • Rotate: Left-click and drag
  • Zoom: Scroll wheel or pinch gesture
  • Pan: Right-click and drag
  • Select Residue: Click on any residue
  • Reset View: Use reset button in toolbar

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ProteinSuite free to use?

ProteinSuite offers a free tier for selected users. Paid plans (Academic and Professional) are available by invoice — submit a subscription request and our team will activate your access once the invoice is confirmed.

What is the maximum file size for uploads?

We currently support protein structure files up to 50MB. Most PDB/CIF files are well under this limit, but if you are looking at something bigger let us know - we'll find a solution.

How long are my analyses stored?

Your analysis results are stored indefinitely and associated with your account. You can delete them at any time from your dashboard.

Can I use ProteinSuite for commercial purposes?

As long as you have a subscription, you can. Contact us at info@inseit.ch to discuss custom enterprise solutions.
